The Overhead power line markers are made out of Finest quality FRP and is finished from both inside and outside. UV resistant pigment is impregnated inside the FRP matrix in order give life long colour. The resin combinations are used in a manner to achieve the high strength to weight ratio thereby keeping the weight of the spheres to a minimal extent.

The Spheres composed of two hemispheres with aluminum alloy clamps.

The clamps for fixing to the earth wire are made of high quality aluminum alloy which is machined to order depending on the client earth wire dimensions. All the nut bolts are stainless steel with spring washers and lock nut which prevent the Spheres from slipping.

Necessary drain holes are provided in the each hemisphere to prevent water accumulation in side the Sphere.

The Avaids Technovators marker spheres are available as per ICAO requirements are of 600 MM diameter.
